Terms and Conditions
Murludi Dried Fruit operates on a per order basis. Please note that some products may not always be available.
Delivery Details:
We offer two safe and convenient methods to receive your order:
- Delivery: We’re proud to offer delivery to your nearest PEP Stores. We charge a flat delivery rate of R140.00 for this service.
- Collect: You can select “pickup from our farm” and you will be able to collect from our farm for free. Please note that our farm address is Murludi, Tulbagh, 6820, Western Cape.
Order Processing
At Murludi we make use of the following payment method to process your online order:
* Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT) into our bank account. Please use your order number as reference.
Your order will only be processed once payment reflects in our company’s account.
All our products are made on an order basis and processing takes 5 working days before we dispatch.
Delivery:
We use PAXI for order deliveries and delivery time vary from 3 – 5 working days depending on the province, city or town.
Delivery require complete PEP Store addresses within South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, courier offices or post offices.
Once an order is dispatched from our premises, we (Murludi Dried Fruit), are not responsible for any losses or damage to products that happened while in transit. Insurance for all parcels can be requested as an order note on checkout.
Shipping is charged at R140.00 for orders regardless of the ordering amount or parcel size.
Tracking:
You will receive a parcel number communicated via sms once your order has been dispatched. You only need your parcel number to track its location. You can track your parcel here: https://www.paxi.co.za/track-a-parcel
Return Policy:
At Murludi we try to make sure that every one of our products are livered to our customers in perfect condition. However, if you find that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at info@murludi.co.za or call us on 0637255850 with your order number. When we have received and checked the returned goods, we will issue a credit with the value of the returned goods, to use with your next purchase.
Damaged In Transit:
If you receive delivery of a parcel from us and contents have been damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of taking the delivery. Once damaged items are returned, we will issue a credit with the total value of the damaged items(s), to use with your next purchase.
Defective Items:
You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days along with proof of purchase. After investigating, we will issue a credit with the total value of the defective item(s).
